Elizabeth studied at UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Centre MARC (Los Angeles), alongside an Engaging With Ecology Masters module at Schumacher College (UK).

With her creative background in film and theater, she weaves her storytelling in arts, writing, performance with nature connection and advocacy - to create nature centered concepts and content for events, brands and organizations. As a compass and philosophy, ‘Eco-Mindfulness’ is a practice that she implements in her always expanding relationship with the natural world.

A Tree Dreams Campaign Ambassador and the Global Ambassador for The Singapore Eco Film Festival, she facilitates and produces workshops on regenerating our inner and outer ecosystems for a better self & planet - all towards tackling the climate crisis and re-imagining our practice towards healing, education and connection.
